Job Overview:
We are seeking a Solar Site Surveyor Field Logistics Coordinator to manage scheduling and coordination for residential solar site surveys. This role will act as a Project Manager (PM), utilizing Monday.com to collaborate with our solar installer clients and schedule appointments with their homeowners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule residential solar site surveys between solar installer clients and homeowners.

Manage project workflows and timelines using Monday.com, ensuring all tasks are updated and tracked efficiently.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and homeowners, addressing scheduling inquiries and resolving conflicts.

Work closely with field surveyors to ensure they have accurate schedules, site details, and necessary resources.

Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor and report on scheduling progress, identifying and addressing bottlenecks proactively.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in project coordination, logistics, or a similar role (experience in solar or construction a plus).

Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management tools.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with residential solar installations or renewable energy is preferred but not required.
