JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
We’re hiring an experienced and strategic Head of Operations & Systems to take charge of streamlining our infrastructure, driving executional alignment, and scaling our performance. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a process-oriented mindset, a deep understanding of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), and proven experience scaling digital-first businesses. You’ll be the operational engine behind our growth—turning vision into action, refining systems, and enhancing cross-functional performance.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead strategic planning sessions on a quarterly and annual basis to align company goals across departments.
* Convert long-term vision into clear, actionable goals, KPIs, and departmental milestones.
* Facilitate weekly Level 10 meetings to drive accountability, resolve key issues, and ensure team Upgrade to see actual infontum.
* Keep all departments aligned with the company’s overarching strategy and short-term priorities.
* Define and track KPIs across departments to monitor organizational health and performance.
* Develop real-time dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for leadership.
* Standardize and document internal processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
* Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation and system improvements.
* Collaborate with leadership to refine team structure and ensure the right people are in the right seats.
* Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance review processes to build a high-performing team.
* Foster cross-functional collaboration between marketing, tech, sales, and operations to eliminate silos.
* Build scalable frameworks and SOPs to support business expansion.
* Implement best practices for managing remote, globally distributed teams.
* Optimize tools like Asana, Slack, GHL, and other automation platforms for maximum efficiency.

*Mandatory Skills & Requirements:*
* Proven experience in scaling remote business operations from 7 to 8 figures.
* In-depth expertise with EOS—including tools like Vision/Traction Organizer (VTO) and Level 10 meeting structures.
* Strong background in defining and optimizing KPIs for performance tracking.
* Exceptional skills in project management, operations leadership, and process design.
* Hands-on experience managing business systems, automation, and operational workflows.

*Preferred Skills:*
* Familiarity with the health & wellness industry, online education, or community-based businesses.
* Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and optimizing operational budgets.
* Background working in fast-paced digital companies navigating rapid growth.
