JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a world-class Operations Manager or COO to take the wheel and run our business side-by-side with the founder. If you're someone who thrives on building systems, solving chaos, and scaling fast — keep reading.

We’re a fast-growing dropshipping brand in the health & beauty niche, selling across Europe via Shopify/Funnelish. In under 6 months, we’ve scaled into multiple markets — and now we need an operations lead to help turn speed into structure.

As our Ops Manager/COO, you’ll take ownership of everything the founder is currently doing: from team management, marketing oversight, and systems creation to financial reporting, supplier coordination, and process optimization.

Your job is to remove bottlenecks, build systems that scale, and run day-to-day ops so the founder can focus on strategy and growth.

???? Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams: funnel builders, media buyers, designers, CS, suppliers
- Review funnels and give feedback to funnel builders
- Track and optimize KPIs: ROAS, net profit, chargebacks, CS response time
- Build, improve, and enforce SOPs
- Oversee order flow, fulfillment tracking, and supplier communication
- Own project management (currently via Google Sheets, Upgrade to see actual info — open to migrate)
- Lead hiring and onboarding of new freelancers or full-time staff
- Analyze marketing and ad performance, working with media buyers to scale winners
- Help with financials (P&L, budgeting, basic accounting oversight)
- Report directly to the founder with updates, blockers, and wins

???? Requirements
- Proven experience in eCommerce operations (ideally in dropshipping or direct response environment)
- Strong team management & leadership skills
- Excellent with systems, tools, and automation
- Strong understanding of fulfillment, logistics, and supplier coordination
- Comfortable working in a high-speed, lean startup environment
- Tech-savvy & process-driven — you love optimizing inefficiencies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
- Attention to detail – That’s why, to confirm you've read this job post carefully, include the word "Pineapple" at the beginning of your application message

???? What You Get:
???? Full autonomy to run the business like your own
???? 100% Remote with async flexibility
???? Competitive compensation based on experience. (7-8$ per hour +% of net profit! )
???? Direct impact and influence — no corporate BS
???? Opportunity to grow into full COO role with performance-based incentives

???? To apply, send us:
1. A short intro about you, your eCommerce ops experience and why you’re a great fit
2. Any systems or SOPs you’re proud of building
3. Do you have experience with Funnelish? Shopify? pls describe
