About the Role
We're seeking a proactive, assertive, and organized Project & Social Media Manager to help manage our content, team, and publishing schedule. You'll coordinate with video editors, oversee content across multiple platforms, and ensure smooth execution week after week.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X
- Follow up assertively with three video editors to ensure timely delivery and alignment with content quality
- Keep our content tracker (Google Sheets) up to date daily
- Use Slack for ongoing team communication
- Identify areas for improvement in video content or systems and confidently suggest better workflows
- Use ChatGPT or Claude.ai to support tasks — but only after using your own initiative first
