JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Virtual Assistant for Australian Trades Business. You must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Location: Remote - work from home
Type: Contract - full-time
Estimated Duration: Ongoing
Starts: Immediately
Starting Rate: $900 AUD per month salaried position with Australian holiday/sick leave entitlements and Filipino extra month. (4 weeks paid annual leave etc).
Preferably: You will have experience with Trades Businesses, Social Media Management, and have worked for an Australian company before.


The Company
You will be part of the Breaking BAS team - Bookkeeping and Virtual Admin for Trades Businesses in Australia. Breaking BAS is sister company to Small Fish Business Coaching - coaching for Trades Businesses. We will all be working together to provide comprehensive support for Upon Roofing.
You will be a full-time assistant to Grant and Janelle.

Job Description
Your role would involve:
General admin tasks such as data entry, email management, customer service.
Ordering materials, checking for best prices online.
Create document templates and spreadsheets.
Setting up Google Drive and organising.
Create a customer database.
Reminders to customers about upcoming jobs.
Obtain customer testimonials.
Social Media tasks - create and publish posts, respond to interactions, create connections and build followers, follow competitors and suppliers, upload images of completed jobs.
You may be required to learn to populate the Big Numbers Tracker - a tool created by Small Fish Business Coaching - training will be provided.
Your role will grow as your experience with the company increases.

You should:
