Position: Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote
Hours: Full-Time 8am-5pm MST, Monday-Friday
Compensation:
$1200 USD/month during first 90 day probational period. If performance is strong, your salary will increase to $1,400 USD/month starting on Day 91. There may be a further increase to $1,600 USD/month at the 6-month mark, depending on your growth and contributions with quarterly performance reviews.
Performance Bonus: $50–$200/month if KPIs are hit (like closing leads, fast response time, etc.) after probational period.

Our mission is to provide top-notch cleaning services that make our clients’ lives easier and their spaces more enjoyable. We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us streamline our operations, manage client communication, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
?Responsibilities:
* Managing our
* Scheduling and confirming cleaning jobs and team assignments
* Keeping our CRM and project boards up to date (Gohighlevel, Booking Koala, and ClickUp)
* Following up with leads and clients (hot + cold)
* Handle invoicing, billing, and follow-ups on payments.
* Posting and updating social media with simple graphics and captions
* Assist with marketing efforts, such as social media posts and
* Creating and updating SOPs and checklists
* Helping with recruiting cleaners as needed
* Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and feedback.
* Resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
? You’re a Great Fit If You:
*Are fluent in English (written and verbal)
*Have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
*Can handle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
*Have a quiet workspace, a reliable computer, and fast internet
*Are comfortable using Google Drive, Gmail, Canva, Slack, etc.
*Take ownership of your work and communicate proactively
*Are a self-starter who can follow SOPs but also suggest improvements
*Have experience supporting service-based businesses (preferred but not required)
* Familiarity with scheduling and CRM tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Click Up, GHL, BookingKoala). Not required but highly desirable!
* Experience in customer service
* Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
