JOB OVERVIEW

We are a global e-commerce company specializing in home and pet products, operating across multiple countries and regions.As our business expands rapidly, we are looking to strengthen our customer service team by hiring Online Customer Representatives to provide exceptional service experiences to our customers worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat; address order-related issues and provide after-sales support.
Maintain and enhance customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
Collaborate with the team to complete other customer service-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Experience in operating e-commerce platforms(Shopee, TEMU, Amazon, ETSY) is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work well in a team.
Proficiency in written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers.
Computer literate, with a good command of common office software and internet applications.
