Role Overview
We are looking for a TikTok Creative Specialist based in the Philippines who can turn brand assets into engaging, high-converting short-form videos. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing TikTok content that aligns with our brand identity while leveraging the latest trends. This is a high-volume role with opportunities to create hundreds of videos monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Content Creation:
Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos using brand assets.
Integrate TikTok’s features, filters, text overlays, music, and effects to create engaging and on-brand content.

Shoppable Video Integration:
Implement product links and e-commerce features to drive conversions.
Test and refine shoppable video formats for maximum engagement and sales.

Brand Familiarity & Compliance:
Develop an in-depth understanding of 310 Nutrition and Kashmere Kollections.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with advertising regulations.

Trend Research & Creative Ideation:
Stay updated on the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and hashtags.
Regularly pitch new and innovative video ideas that align with campaign goals.

Collaboration & Project Management:
Work with creative directors, social media strategists, and brand managers to execute content strategies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
Track key performance indicators (views, likes, shares, watch time, conversions).
Use data insights to refine content strategy and engagement tactics.

Continuous Optimization:
Provide creative input on overall social media strategies.
Experiment with new editing techniques, calls-to-action, and video formats.

Qualifications:

TikTok Expertise: Proven experience creating TikTok videos (portfolio or links required).
Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in TikTok’s in-app editing tools; experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere is a plus.
Creative Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling, attention-grabbing content.
Brand Knowledge: Willingness to learn and represent 310 Nutrition and Kashmere Kollections.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret content performance metrics and optimize future videos accordingly.
Excellent Communication: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for effective collaboration with U.S. teams.
Highly Organized: Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Location: Must be based in the Philippines with reliable internet access.
