Part-Time Social Media & Content VA (20 hrs/week) – Wellness Brand

Non-Negotiable Work Days:
Must include at least 1 weekend day (flexible weekday schedule)

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative female Virtual Assistant to support a women-led wellness brand. You’ll assist with content creation, scheduling, trend research, and analytics reporting. A keen eye for branding and willingness to learn is essential.

Job Type:
Part-Time (1–2 months probation), with potential to go Full-Time

Starting Wage:
9,500php/mo – increases after the first month.
Benefits and pay rises are added throughout the first year.
13th Month is included.

Key Tasks:
• Repurpose content into carousels, reels, and stories (Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Style all posts using Canva and supplied brand assets

• Schedule and optimise posts across platforms

• Monitor and engage with audience comments and DMs

• Upload blogs to WordPress + format in Showit

• Format newsletters in FloDesk and post to LinkedIn

• Track and organise content in Notion

• Weekly trend research + platform reporting

• Research guesting and collab opportunities

• Compile analytics reports (FloDesk, Google Analytics, Social)



Requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail (non-negotiable)

• Some experience with Canva and social platforms

• Normal written English fluency

• Stable internet and mobile phone for 2FA

• Open to learning and feedback

• Female preferred (brand targets a female audience)
