FileMaker Developer & Programmer- MUST USE 10AP!

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented FileMaker Developer & Programmer to work on our existing FileMaker solution. The primary focus will be to make necessary modifications to our current system, including updating contracts, changing layouts, updating logos, and transitioning the system branding from SRS to Canyon. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FileMaker, a strong understanding of system development, and experience implementing changes to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
System Modifications: Update and modify our existing FileMaker system to ensure it aligns with current business needs, including functionality improvements and new feature additions.
Contract Updates: Update and modify contract templates within the system to reflect the latest terms, conditions, and company branding.
Logo & Branding: Replace all instances of the old SRS logo and branding with the new Canyon logo and branding throughout the system.
Layout Changes: Modify layouts for forms, reports, and dashboards to improve the user experience, functionality, and appearance.
Data Migration: Ensure smooth data migration from old systems or formats, ensuring no loss of crucial company data.
Testing & Debugging: Test all modifications to ensure the system runs smoothly, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve any issues that arise.
User Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the FileMaker system to ensure continuous improvement and address any user issues or feedback.
Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of system changes, updates, and modifications for future reference and user training.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a FileMaker Developer or Programmer, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
Extensive experience with FileMaker Pro, including custom development, layout design, scripting, and automation.
Strong knowledge of databases and data management within FileMaker.
Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing FileMaker applications.
Experience with branding and logo changes within software applications.
Familiarity with the construction industry, particularly in ADUs, retrofitting, and balcony repairs, is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus for customizations.
