We’re an award-winning ethical sock brand from the UK with a one-for-one model – for every pair sold, we donate a pair to someone in need. We're expanding rapidly in the US and looking for a dedicated expert to drive our affiliate marketing program.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our affiliate programs on the AWIN platform, covering both our UK and US websites. This is a key performance-driven role requiring someone who understands how to recruit affiliates, manage campaigns, and optimize for conversions.

Responsibilities:

- Set up, manage, and grow our affiliate programs using AWIN
- Recruit and build relationships with high-performing affiliates
- Monitor affiliate performance, traffic, and sales data
- Identify opportunities to improve conversions and ROI
- Align affiliate campaigns with our marketing calendar and promotions

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing affiliate programs, especially via AWIN
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with tracking/reporting tools
- Excellent written communication in English
- Highly proactive, reliable, and results-driven
- Not an entry-level role – must have past affiliate marketing success

Hours:

6–12 hours per week
Using time tracking only
Flexible schedule, but must be available for occasional catch-ups during UK business hours

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly rate
- Performance-based bonuses tied to affiliate revenue and growth
