Customer Support Representative – E-commerce (Dropshipping Store)
Our fast-growing women’s fashion dropshipping store is on a mission to reach 7 figures this year! We are looking for a female Customer Support Representative who is bilingual (English/Spanish) to join our team and provide excellent customer service.
### Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via
- Handle order issues, refunds, and returns using Shopify.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their orders.
### Requirements:
- Female candidate (since our store specializes in women’s fashion).
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in online customer support.
- Experience working with Shopify (order resolutions, refunds, and partial refunds).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with the team to resolve issues.
- Patience and problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns efficiently.
- Availability of 6-8 hours per day, 5-6 days a week.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and guidelines.
