JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a busy executive with scheduling, note-taking, and personal/professional calendar management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and familiar with top-tier venues and restaurants in the Bay Area or coastal cities like Los Angeles.

Scheduling & Calendar Management:
Manage personal and professional schedules.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and events.
Set reminders and follow-ups for important tasks.
Administrative Support:
Take detailed notes during meetings.
Draft and organize meeting summaries.
Create and maintain onboarding SOPs.
Travel & Event Coordination:
Research and book travel, accommodations, and transportation.
Secure reservations at top-tier restaurants and venues.
Provide recommendations based on executive preferences.
General Assistance:
Ensure timely follow-ups on key action items.
Maintain a professional workspace (well-lit and distraction-free).
Be available between 11 AM - 1 PM PST for tasks.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with various productivity tools.
Preferably knowledgeable about Bay Area & LA restaurants/venues.
