Online Chat Support Agent (Full-time)

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our team as full-time Online Chat Support Agents. This role requires engaging conversations with customers to promote and sell products and services. Ideal candidates will confidently assume a female persona and communicate in a way that is not only persuasive but also entertaining and memorable.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage in dynamic, one-on-one chat conversations, promoting products and services in an engaging manner.
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone while shifting seamlessly into assigned personas during interactions.
- Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring each conversation maintains high quality and engagement.
- Build long-term relationships through personalized communication and rapport-building.

### **Shift & Schedule:**

Payment: $3 per hour + tiered performance base commissions and incentives

### **Qualifications:**
