We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Manager and Admin Assistant to support our land flipping business. The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker with strong inbound sales skills, capable of managing seller leads, providing excellent customer service, and handling administrative tasks independently. This role involves converting inbound seller inquiries into deals, conducting research, performing data analysis, and supporting the team with organizational duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage inbound calls from sellers responding to our land-buying letters, qualifying leads and driving conversions.
• Follow up with sellers, negotiate terms, and provide outstanding customer service to close deals.
• Call utility companies, county offices, and planning departments for property-related inquiries.
• Conduct data entry and analysis using Excel, Airtable, and various real estate websites.
• Prepare contracts, write property descriptions, and assist with mail merges.
• Research and gather property comps.
• Strategically solve challenges and find solutions to achieve results.
• Organize and manage multiple tasks to support the team efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven ability in inbound sales, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with Airtable, Excel, Zillow, and real estate data platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently to find answers and deliver results.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Must be available to work full-time during US Central Time Zone hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in real estate, inbound sales, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with county office processes and real estate transactions.
• Experience managing leads or supporting a sales-focused team.
