About the Role
We are looking for a Part-Time Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and help maintain smooth operations. This position requires 20 hours per week This role is ideal for an organized, proactive, and relationship-focused professional who enjoys working in the non-profit sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize, clean, and maintain databases and spreadsheets using Google Suite or other designated platforms.
Establish and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access and retrieval of important documents.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring administrative and customer care tasks to improve efficiency and consistency.
Manage
Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed to assist with daily operations.
