JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly motivated and friendly Customer Service Agent with proven experience working for eCommerce brands. Your main responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries through email and social media, assist with orders, resolve complaints, and provide a positive customer experience that represents our brand voice.

You must be:

Excellent in written English

Fast and clear in communication

Patient and solution-oriented

Able to work independently and take initiative

Preferred experience:

Shopify (order management, refunds, fulfillment checking)

Handling eCommerce inquiries (delays, refunds, wrong item issues)

Using tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar

Familiarity with U.S. customer expectations and tone
