- I am a personal trainer & nutritionist based in London
- As my client base continues to grow, I am looking for a part-time virtual assistant to help with general admin, streamlining day-to-day operations and improving client experience outside of sessions.
# Your Role:
Your role would be handling general administrative tasks to support the business’s day-to-day operations and growth. Your responsibilities will include:
#### Client Management
- Managing and updating clients' online resources using **Notion**.
- Scheduling and managing calendar bookings for client sessions.
- Conducting weekly check-ins with clients via
- Organizing client information and keeping files updated.
#### Content Creation & SEO
- Assisting with content creation and scheduling.
- Researching and implementing basic SEO strategies to optimize blog content for search engines.
#### General Administrative Tasks
- Managing
- Assisting with invoicing and payment tracking.
- Helping to streamline business processes for efficiency.
# Who I'm Looking For
The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience in virtual assistance, admin tasks, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in tools like **Notion**, **Google Calendar**, and other organizational tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- A reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely.
Preference would be given to those with:
- Knowledge of blogging, SEO, and content creation
- Knowledge of, or experience in, the fitness industry
- Interest in fitness and health
