We’re looking for a conversion driven video editor that can take our scripts and consistently create ads that convert.

You’ll be working on AI UGC and AI voice ads.

Your Role:
Take scripts we give you and use AI tools to create converting ads
Find attention grabbing organic clips to use as visual hooks
Create attention grabbing graphic overlays and split screens for visual hooks
Use tools like Hedra, Sora, Elevenlabs, and Cap Cut Commerce Pro (We’ll cover any tools you may need) to generate AI avatar UGC videos and captivating graphics (we’ll send you instructions if you haven’t used some of these before).
Bonus points if you've used CapCut, Hedra, or ElevenLabs.

Compensation:
$10 per video (up to 1 minute)
+$5 for videos that are 1–2 minutes
+$10 per additional minute after 2 minutes
$100 bonus for every ad that generates 50+ conversions — that’s what we call a winner. When your work performs, you get rewarded—simple as that. Historically, about 10–20% of the ads we test hit this milestone, so if you're consistently producing quality edits, you’ll earn an extra $10–$20 per video on average just from performance bonuses alone.
How to apply:

Send a couple examples of your most scroll-stopping, conversion-driven edits. If we like your examples, we’ll pay the standard rate for a couple trial videos. If the trial hits the bar, we’ll bring you on long-term. We typically need about 10 videos per week.
