About Us:
We're an eCommerce and distribution company focused on delivering great products and service to customers across major marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate with our warehouse team and own a variety of supply chain management tasks
- Assist with order tracking, customer inquiries, and issue resolution
- Help manage inventory
- Data entry
- Spreadsheet management
- Prepare reports, update spreadsheets, and keep our documentation organized
- Other admin tasks to help streamline the business
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with eCommerce platforms is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
- Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and project/task tools
- Self-starter who can follow processes but also suggest improvements
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- We’re located in the Pacific Time Zone (PST), so candidates must have a willingness to work with some overlap during our business hours
- This is a dedicated position — we are looking for someone who is not currently working with other clients or roles. We value focus and commitment, and this role will grow in responsibility over time.
