???? Full-Time General VA (with Social Media & Video Editing Skills) – Work with an Aussie Wellness Brand
We’re looking for a proactive General Virtual Assistant who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and creative — someone who’s excited to work closely with a wellness practitioner based in Australia.

This is a full-time, long-term role working AU business hours (roughly 8am–5pm AEST). If you’re passionate about wellness, social media, and creative content — this might be your dream role.

? What You’ll Be Doing:
???? Social Media Management

Scheduling and posting on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Creating engaging captions and basic content repurposing

Managing and replying to comments and DMs

???? Basic Graphic Design

Creating simple, clean social graphics using Canva or similar tools

Designing quote cards, carousels, and infographics to match the brand aesthetic

???? Video Editing & Uploading

Trimming raw videos and adding basic transitions, subtitles, and background music

Editing long-form videos for YouTube and creating short-form clips for Reels/Shorts

Uploading and optimizing content across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

???? General Admin Tasks

Managing calendars, reminders, and inboxes

Uploading blogs, organizing files, and updating databases

Supporting with light research and other VA duties as needed

???? Who We’re Looking For:
Has experience managing social media pages professionally

Is confident with Canva or other design tools

Comfortable with basic video editing (CapCut, VN, Canva Video, etc.)

Tech-savvy, organized, and an excellent communicator

A self-starter who doesn’t need micromanaging

Available to work Australian business hours

Has a quiet home office setup and reliable internet
