High IQ Virtual Assistant Needed – AI Expertise & Real Estate Focus

We need a highly disciplined, intelligent, and resourceful Virtual Assistant with deep AI expertise to help build and automate AI agents that will streamline our real estate business operations. While real estate management and marketing experience is a plus, a strong AI foundation will enable you to learn these aspects quickly.
Position Details:
Full-Time
Salary: $5–$20 per hour + performance-based bonuses
Rapid growth potential with increasing pay based on performance

Requirements:
Months of dedicated AI learning through YouTube training (AI agencies, prompt engineering, workflow automation)
Expert AI skills – ChatGPT, Claude, prompt engineering, automation, AI-driven task management (#1 SKILL)
Proficiency in AI Agency, tools & automation software (Zapier, Make, AgentGPT, etc.)
Tech-savvy – Internet research, office software (MS Office), WordPress updates, social media marketing
Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, resourceful, and independent – able to take initiative without micromanagement
Excellent research & analytical skills; must know how to learn new AI tools quickly
Real estate knowledge is a plus but can be learned with strong AI expertise
Technical Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet for AI integrations, research, and calls
Quiet workspace for professional communication
Noise-canceling headset recommended
