JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Review completeness and compliance of all documents received.
2. Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
3. Analyze information to determine proper handling of work.
4. Encode agent, license and commission information in the system accurately.
5. Update existing agent record in the system, if needed.
6. Create and post correspondences, if needed.
7. Identify the next process based on the workflow and create necessary transactions.
8. Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time by Team Leader, Manager, Director.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-Open to college graduates and undergraduate who have completed at least 2nd year
-Must have 1 year of experience in financial/healthcare/insurance accounts
-Proficient in Microsoft applications
-Must be willing to work full time onsite in Muntinlupa, Alabang
-Must be flexible with shifts
-Ability to adhere to current performance tool that team uses
-Coachable - Seeks out and accepts feedback to improve personal performance
