Appointment Setter - Cold Caller - WFH

We are seeking an experienced appointment setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English speaking skills and a strong ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone. In addition, this role requires a reliable internet connection, a quality headset, and the ability to work US hours. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term position.

WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 9AM-5PM EST. Fixed Saturday and Sunday off
WORK DURATION: Full-Time
RATE & SALARY RANGE: $600-$2000/month. Hourly Base + Bonus. (Bonus depends on production level. Bonus is Uncapped) (High end bonus is very achievable)

Responsibilities:
• Contact potential clients and set quality appointments for sales team
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments as needed
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals
• Accurately record and update client information in company database

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in appointment setting or sales
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal communication skills
• Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and ability to work US hours
• Proficient in using a computer and CRM software
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Positive and professional attitude


Technical Requirements:
• A consistent and stable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps with a backup internet connection
• Your own laptop/desktop PC with the following minimum specs: i3 5th gen and above/AMD equivalent; 8GB RAM; Mozilla or Chrome installed
• Noise-canceling headset/headphones
• Good quality microphone
• A quiet and dedicated workspace at home
