Morning Shift: 9 AM to 1 PM EDT
or
Afternoon Shift: 1 PM to 5 PM EDT

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Real Estate Sales Agent to serve as a Cold Caller. This remote role involves making outbound calls, setting appointments, and contributing to our team's success through effective customer engagement.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Rate: $4.00 USD per hour

Bonuses: Additional bonuses for each closed transaction

Payment: Weekly payments every Friday after you bill through Xoom

Benefits: Full paid US holidays and Philippine Holy Week observed after 90 days

Training: Comprehensive paid training provided

Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients using Enzo Dialer

Set appointments for viewings and consultations

Maintain professionalism and uphold the company's reputation

Achieve personal and team targets

Manage and follow up on leads using Follow Up Boss CRM

Communicate regularly with the team via WhatsApp

Qualifications:

GED or high school diploma preferred

At least 1-2 years of experience in cold calling

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using Enzo Dialer and Follow Up Boss CRM is highly desirable

Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles and maintain persistence

Efficient time management and goal-setting abilities

Adaptability to frequent changes in the work environment

Must have access to and ability to use WhatsApp for communication

High level of integrity and reliability
