Expeditor & E-commerce Support Specialist

Position: Expeditor (Remote)
Hours: Part-time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 3 PM EST (30 hours/week)
Compensation: $400/month

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Expeditor to manage post-fulfillment processes for our growing e-commerce store. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery of customer orders, requesting and managing customer reviews, monitoring inventory levels, and uploading new products to our online store.

Responsibilities:

-Track and monitor order fulfillment to ensure timely deliveries and proactively address delays.
-Communicate with suppliers and shipping partners as needed.
-Request and manage customer product reviews to enhance brand credibility.
- Regularly update inventory levels, restock alerts, and prevent stock-outs.
- Assist with uploading and managing new products to the online store, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.

Requirements:

- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely during scheduled hours.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in English
