? Monitoring Job Postings: Regularly monitor job postings for visibility and effectiveness,

making necessary adjustments to improve applicant flow.

? Schedule interviews with team members and maintain communication throughout the

recruitment process.

? Communication with Candidates:

? Perform initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.

? Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
