About the Role:


Drive high-performing Facebook ad campaigns for home service businesses (roofing, flooring, painting, window replacement).
Manage the entire lead generation funnel from ad creation to conversion optimization.


Required Experience & Skills:
5+ years in digital marketing, specializing in lead generation for home services.
Proven expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, with successful lead generation campaigns.
Advanced GoHighLevel CRM proficiency (automation workflows).
Strong landing page design & optimization skills.
Deep understanding of the home services market.
Exceed lead generation KPIs.
A/B testing & data-driven optimization experience.


Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage Facebook ad campaigns.
Create & optimize high-converting landing pages.
Set up & maintain GoHighLevel automation workflows.
Monitor campaign performance, and optimize for ROI.
Analyze data, identify trends, and improve campaigns.
Manage lead nurturing sequences.
Create compelling ad copy & creative assets.
Stay updated on Facebook advertising best practices.
