We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist to support our internal team. This is a full-time position following US business hours.

Responsibilities:
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients using various web and social media platforms, identifying business owners and key decision-makers, and obtaining direct contact information.
• Sales Template & Script Design: Create and refine cold outreach templates and scripts for emails, phone calls, social media outreach, and follow-up campaigns to convert leads into appointments.
• Sales Outreach & Appointment Setting: Execute a consistent outreach schedule across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize engagement.
• Warm Lead Conversion: Track and nurture warm leads generated from organic and inbound channels (website inquiries, social media, click funnels) to successfully convert them into qualified sales appointments.
• Prospecting Database Creation, Management & Analysis: Develop and maintain a prospecting database to log lead information, track outreach efforts and lead status, and analyze outreach performance to improve strategies.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, and outreach campaign management.
• Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.
• Ability to create persuasive outreach content (emails, scripts, social posts) tailored to different audiences.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn outreach and other prospecting tools.
• Strong organizational skills, with experience managing lead databases and tracking sales performance metrics.
• Experience working with US-based clients and understanding US business culture (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits:
• $5 per hour + $20 commission per completed appointment.
• 13th-Month Pay: Prorated in the first year based on time worked.
• Vacation Time: 10 days per year.
• Weekends Off.
