I’m looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant Integrator to help streamline and automate backend systems across multiple businesses. Your role will focus on building and managing automations, workflows, and webhook integrations using tools like GoHighLevel, Zapier, and others. ???? What You’ll Do: Build and manage workflows and automations inside GoHighLevel Set up webhooks between platforms (Stripe, Calendly, CRMs, etc.) Create and optimize backend systems for lead generation, onboarding, and follow-ups Troubleshoot tech issues and broken flows Document processes and maintain SOPs Provide occasional support with CRM cleanup and tagging logic ? You’re a Good Fit If You: Are experienced in GoHighLevel, Zapier, and automation logic Understand how webhooks work (or can learn quickly) Love systems, flows, and problem-solving Have strong written communication Work well independently and can manage priorities without handholding Have stable internet and are available for a few check-ins each week (timezone flexible) ????
