About Us: Brotec Blacktop is a well-established asphalt maintenance company based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We provide top-notch asphalt services such as repairs, seal coating, and parking lot maintenance to businesses with large parking lots. As we continue to expand, we are looking to add a CRM Data Integration & Proposal Specialist to our remote team.
Position Overview: We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to manage and integrate client information into our CRM system and generate proposals based on specific client needs. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client data is accurately stored and organized while helping streamline the proposal generation process for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and organize client information into our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Update and maintain client records in the CRM, including contact details, project history, and communication notes.
Collaborate with the sales team to gather client requirements and generate accurate, customized proposals based on asphalt maintenance needs.
Work with the CRM system to create automated workflows for proposal generation and follow-up communications.
Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with clients by setting reminders and updating CRM data.
Assist with any administrative tasks related to CRM management and client data.
Generate and send proposals to clients in a clear and professional format, ensuring all details are correct and aligned with client requirements.
Report on CRM data trends, providing insights to the management team for process improvements.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.
Experience in generating client proposals, ideally in the service or construction industries.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
Excellent written communication skills for generating professional proposals and client communications.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with the sales and management teams.
A proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
