Project Manager/Operations Manager (Construction/Real Estate Focus)

Job Description:
The Project/Operations Manager will coordinate with internal teams and contractors to manage construction and development projects. This includes planning, tracking, and ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and client expectations.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor project progress, budget, and schedule
* Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure project requirements are met
* Handle procurement, permitting, and compliance documentation
* Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
* Oversee quality control and ensure safety standards
* Regular reporting to stakeholders on project milestones

Qualifications:
* Experience in project management, construction, or real estate
* Strong organization, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of project management software and tools is a plus
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Work Time: 9am - 5pm EST
