Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in STR pricing strategy and a strong command of PriceLabs. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue performance through strategic pricing, comp set development, and listing optimization, while also delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain competitive comp sets for a diverse portfolio of STRs
Implement and monitor dynamic pricing strategies using PriceLabs
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all PriceLabs features, settings, and automations
Audit and optimize listings across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Direct) for better visibility and conversion
Analyze market trends, occupancy rates, and revenue performance to recommend improvements
Communicate with clients as needed to explain pricing decisions and strategy adjustments
Collaborate with other Surge teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure seamless service delivery
Provide regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders and clients
Pull data and create reports for internal and external stakeholders



Requirements
3+ years of experience in STR revenue management with a focus on PriceLabs
Proven expertise in creating and maintaining detailed, accurate comp sets
Strong knowledge of STR platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) and listing optimization best practices
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
Client-facing experience and a service-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and data-driven reporting


Nice-to-Have
Experience with other pricing tools (e.g., Wheelhouse, Beyond)
Knowledge of PMS and channel managers
Experience working with international STR markets
