JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our growing business. We specialize in custom-made-to-order couches, shipped from Asia to homes across Canada. We need a reliable assistant to manage customer service, logistics, and general administrative and finance support. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support:

Provide high-level administrative assistance to leadership.
Manage schedules, appointments, and email correspondence.
Coordinate meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive business information with discretion.
Customer Service:

Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
Provide order updates, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain customer records and communications for seamless follow-ups.
Logistics & Operations:

Coordinate shipping and logistics for custom orders from Asia to Canada.
Track shipments, manage delivery timelines, and communicate updates to customers.
Work closely with logistics partners to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders.
General Admin & Finance Support:

Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
Organize invoices, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Support other general administrative tasks to streamline daily business operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, logistics, or administrative support roles.
Proficiency in Slack, Notion, Shopify, GoHighLevel, and QuickBooks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with excellent time management.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in e-commerce and logistics.
Familiarity with financial reporting and bookkeeping.
Previous experience working remotely with a small business or startup.
