JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our company’s Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs). This role includes creating and tracking all orders, ensuring accurate records, and sending daily reports to management.

Responsibilities:
• Create and manage Purchase Orders and Sales Orders
• Track order statuses and follow up as needed
• Maintain accurate financial and inventory records
• Prepare and send daily summary reports
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or order management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with accounting software or order tracking tools
• Reliable, efficient, and able to meet daily deadlines

This is a remote position with flexible hours and clear expectations.
