Linden Creek is a growing home staging and interior design franchise expanding across the U.S. As we scale, we're launching a podcast to share industry insights, expert advice on design and business, and strengthen our brand’s credibility. We need a Podcast Video Editor to create engaging content from our episodes and reach a wider audience.

Responsibilities:
Edit long-form podcast episodes for a professional look.
Cut and repurpose content into high-impact short-form clips.
Add captions, visuals, and effects to boost engagement.
Maintain a cohesive style aligned with our luxury brand.
Optimize content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in podcast or video editing.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software.
Strong storytelling and audience engagement skills.
Understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
