About the Role:
Mother Earth Natural Health and The Local are growing fast—and we need a detail-obsessed admin and data specialist to keep the engine running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll update product pages, prep promos, research events, manage contact lists, build SOPs, and support multiple teams across operations, marketing, and content. If you're organized, fast, and love making systems run tighter—this is your role.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Product Management (Daily):
• Update product descriptions on Shopify, Miva, and WordPress
• Verify all product images are correct and complete
• Upload videos to product pages when available
• Maintain upsell and related product links across all product pages
• Verify product labels from vendors and confirm any updates or changes
• Update
Promo Management (Weekly):
• Update Square discounts and receipts with current promos
• Remove expired promos and add new offers
• Ensure promos match what’s going out in
Event & Content Research (Weekly):
• Research 3–6 hyperlocal events per zone for The Local flyer
• Use local sites, Google,
• Examples: Chili cook-offs, Easter egg hunts, summer fairs, parades
• Enter accurate event info into
Operational Support:
• Research product replacements for development (e.g. Field Smokes alt)
• Update existing SOPs as needed using ChatGPT + internal input
• Create new SOPs based on team workflows
• Maintain and clean up doctor contact mailing list monthly
• Scrape contact lists for The Local (gyms, clinics, advertisers)
• Load customer callback list into
• Maintain and update zone delivery route lists for flyer distribution

Your Tool Stack:
• Shopify + Miva Admin + WordPress
• Square Dashboard (discounts, receipts)

• Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive
• ChatGPT (for SOPs, descriptions, formatting)

You Are:
• Extremely organized and fast with repetitive tasks
• Reliable—when something needs updating, you just handle it
• Detail-focused—you check your own work before sending it
• Comfortable working inside boards, checklists, and team workflows
• Able to stay consistent even with weekly and monthly cycles

Bonus If You Have:
• Shopify product page formatting experience
• Familiarity with Square discount/promos
• Contact scraping tools or techniques (Apollo, Hunter, etc.)
• Experience researching local events or coordinating community calendars

Schedule:
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Daily task updates expected in
• Weekly flyer/event tasks must be uploaded by Tuesday each week
• Monthly contact list audits due by the 25th of each month

Weekly Deliverables Recap:
• Daily: Product page audits, vendor label confirmations, board updates
• Weekly: Flyer event research (Tuesday), promo changes (Square), callback board
• Monthly: Doctor contact audit, SOP review or creation
• As Needed: Product research, list scraping, routing map updates

First 30 Days — Success Looks Like:
• 100%
• 100% of product descriptions, photos, and upsells verified for accuracy
• First 4 weeks of flyer event research completed and approved
• First SOP created or cleaned up and submitted for review
• Contact list audit complete, with outdated contacts removed
• No missed deadlines, and no reminders needed

• You will report directly to Michelle (Director of Remote Operations)
• You’ll collaborate with:
o Graphic Designer (for flyer support)
o Content & SEO Specialist (for product research and blog support)
o In-house team (for vendor updates and contact coordination)
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Daily task updates expected in
• Weekly flyer/event tasks must be uploaded by Tuesday each week
• Monthly contact list audits due by the 25th of each month

Compensation:
• $750–$1,000/month (based on experience & accuracy)
• Bonus for SOP projects, clean data runs, or extra promo loads
• Long-term position with potential to grow into Admin Lead
