With 20–40 leads rolling in every day through our paid ads, we’re growing fast and need a sharp, friendly DM Appointment Setter to help us book more calls with high-quality leads.

About the Role:
As our DM Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients reaching out via Instagram DMs. Your job is to:

Respond to inbound leads during your shift (6–10am + 5–9pm EST)

Build rapport quickly and ask curious, intentional questions about their goals

Qualify leads and book them into calls with our head coach, Brandon Keith

Track convos and follow-ups using GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, and Asana

Represent the Life Restored brand with a tone that’s casual, encouraging, and genuinely helpful

Requirements:
You’re fluent in English with a natural, conversational tone

You have some experience in sales, appointment setting, or client-facing roles

You’re interested in fitness and nutrition (you don’t need to be an expert — we’ll train you)

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and can handle a high volume of convos without dropping the ball

You’re comfortable using tools like GoHighLevel, Asana, and Google Sheets (or can learn fast)

Compensation:
Hourly pay (based on experience)

Commission available for every booked & showed call
