JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly dependable Customer Support Lead with a background in e-commerce. The ideal candidate is quick-thinking, resourceful, and capable of managing high-responsibility tasks with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service and resolve escalated issues
- Handle disputes, refunds, and customer retention with confidence
- Identify customer pain points and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction
- Manage and troubleshoot tasks on Shopify, PayPal, and Stripe
- Utilize tech tools to streamline workflows and enhance service quality

Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in customer support
- Strong command of PayPal dispute resolution
- Outstanding reliability and independent work ethic
- Strong leadership skills and ability to take initiative
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and process-oriented
- Available Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM CET

Nice-to-Have:
- Background in e-commerce/dropshipping industry
- Experience handling EU-based customers (Germany, Netherlands, etc.)
- Proficiency in Shopify and Stripe for dispute and order management
- Familiarity with DeepL, ChatGPT, and Re:amaze
