THE ROLE: VIDEO EDITOR (Full-Time, PH-Based Only)
You’ll Be Responsible For:

Editing short-form and long-form videos for social, speaker reels, brand stories, and recaps.

Owning projects in DaVinci Resolve from raw footage to final delivery.

Selecting music, building Upgrade to see actual infontum, and making the story pop—even without step-by-step direction.

Collaborating with our creative team and responding to feedback with zero ego.

Managing multiple edits under pressure without sacrificing quality.

Constantly improving your craft and pushing creative boundaries.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves:

Portfolio of 3+ powerful edits (YouTube links only).

Expert in DaVinci Resolve.

Fast internet (75 Mbps+ download/upload).

Fluent in English (listening and written).

Strong storytelling instincts, good taste in music, and pacing.

Committed to full-time, PH day shift (Eastern Time night shift).

Able to collaborate via Slack, Upgrade to see actual info, and Google Drive.

Bonus Points:

Experience editing for coaches, speakers, or event content.

Experience with sound design, color correction, and motion graphics.

WHAT YOU GET
Full-Time Role: $800–$1600/month (depending on skill)

13th Month Pay + Quarterly Bonuses
