# Virtual Assistant – Event Planning, Content & Admin Support
**Part-Time | Remote | 7–10 Hours/Week**
## About Me:
I'm an experienced U.S.-based event planner and content creator. I manage conferences, hotel sourcing, registration, and event logistics, while also building digital content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
## I'm looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with:
### Event & Client Support:
• Formatting proposals, contracts, and schedules
• Researching hotels, vendors, and economic impact data
• Organizing files in Google Drive or OneDrive
• Updating timelines in Trello or Google Sheets
• Tracking hotel room blocks and generating reports
• Managing speaker/VIP information and communications
• Assisting with registration data and attendee lists
• Drafting professional
• Creating and formatting weekly status reports
• Learning industry systems like eShow and CVENT
### Content & Brand Support:
• Scheduling social media posts
• Creating simple Canva graphics using templates
• Designing event materials (name badges, schedules, etc.)
• Repurposing scripts for captions and
• Uploading digital products to Stan Store
## Requirements:
• Strong English writing and communication
• Experience with Canva, Trello, and Google Workspace
• Highly organized and deadline-focused
• Strict confidentiality with client information
• Availability for occasional virtual meetings
• Flexibility for busy periods requiring additional hours
• Interest in events, travel, or hospitality is a plus
• Familiarity with hotel booking systems is a plus
## Hours & Pay:
• 7–10 hours per week (may occasionally increase during event periods)
• Flexible schedule with some time-sensitive tasks
• $140–$200/month (based on $5/hour)
