We’re hiring a Remote Appointment Setter to help us qualify individuals who have already expressed interest in applying for Social Security Disability (SSD) benefits. This is a full-time, remote position involving outbound calls and SMS/texting to warm leads — no cold calling!

???? Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and send text messages to individuals who have opted in to learn about SSD benefits
Follow a clear script to ask qualifying questions
Determine if the lead meets basic SSD eligibility criteria
Transfer qualified candidates to our intake team
Accurately document outcomes of each contact

???? Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PST)
Full-time only (40 hours/week)

???? Compensation:

$3/hour base pay
+ Commission for every successfully qualified and transferred candidate
Paid semi-monthly via Wise or Payoneer.

? Qualifications:

Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Clear, confident phone voice and strong interpersonal skills
Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or customer service preferred
Ability to follow a script and stay organized
Reliable internet connection, quiet work environment, and headset
