Join the team behind one of the UK’s leading multi-award winning luxury kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom manufacturers. Grand Design Kitchens & Bedrooms is growing fast – and we’re looking for a talented, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to help us elevate our online presence and generate high-quality leads.

About the Role:
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our multi-platform strategy – creating and scheduling engaging content that showcases our stunning designs, drives traffic, and builds brand authority across the UK. You’ll work closely with the Director and Design Team to turn our beautiful projects into scroll-stopping, high-converting, lead-generation posts.

Manage and grow our social media presence across:

Instagram


Facebook


TikTok

LinkedIn

Pinterest

YouTube

Houzz

Plan and schedule a consistent posting calendar using scheduling tools (Leadnamic).

Create compelling written content also use photos, videos, and reels from our design team.

Write engaging captions, headlines, and hashtags tailored for each platform.

Monitor analytics and track performance – adjusting the strategy to boost reach and engagement.

Stay on top of trends in design, home interiors, and social media to keep our brand fresh and relevant.

Collaborate with the Director and Sales Team to align content with campaigns and lead generation efforts.

Assist with general tasks.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing business accounts on multiple social platforms.

Strong content creation skills – graphic design, video editing, or Canva experience a plus.

A keen eye for design and branding – especially in premium or lifestyle markets.

Data-driven mindset with knowledge of social media analytics and growth tactics.

Excellent written English and communication skills.

Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with the UK interiors, design, or home improvement sector is a bonus.
