Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CST

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our administrative and property management tasks.
Position Overview:
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including running background checks, managing social media content, handling lease renewals, and more. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in real estate, specifically in property management. They must be proficient in English and able to work within the Central Time Zone, with access to make calls to the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Background Checks: Conduct background checks for prospective tenants.
Social Media Management: Create and post content on
Lease Management:
Manage lease renewals.
Coordinate the signing of new leases through e-signature platforms.
Vacancy Management: Post vacancies on relevant platforms and manage inquiries.
Waitlist Creation: Develop and maintain a waitlist of prospective tenants.
Rent Tracking and Billing: Track late rent payments, update late fees and other additional fees/bills as needed.
Monthly Reporting: Provide monthly KPI reports on vacancies, late rent, fees, and other relevant metrics.
Small Claims Support: Create exhibits and forms for small claims related to money judgments and/or late rent.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate, specifically in property management.
Proficiency with Baselane, Google Docs (Excel and Word),
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work within the Central Time Zone and make calls to the US.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with property management and CRM software.
Previous experience creating social media strategy and content.
