Inside Sales Agent (Work From Home — Full Time)

Compensation: $5 - $7/hour + Monthly Retention Bonuses

Schedule: Full-Time Only (40+ hrs/week)

We’re scaling fast, and we need experienced Inside Sales Agents to join our outbound team.

This is NOT for you if:
* You’re working another job (or willing to quit your current job)

* You’ve never booked appointments or closed deals before

* You’ve worked as an Inside Sales Agent before (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE)
* You speak English like a native and can build rapport quickly
* You’re persuasive, hungry, and motivated by performance

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Calling inbound leads and setting appointments
* Following up with warm prospects via phone, SMS, and email
* Working within our CRM (training provided)
* Reporting daily performance
* Working closely with our sales leadership team to improve
