Short-Form Video Editor Needed To Start ASAP (TikTok & Reels)

We’re looking for a creative short-form video editor to join our team! You’ll receive raw footage and examples, and your job is to edit multiple engaging video variations per day (usually for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts).

???? What You'll Do:
- Edit short-form videos using raw clips we provide
- Follow examples and brand style, but also bring your own creativity
- Create multiple versions per video to test what performs best
- Add captions, sound effects, music etc.
- Understand trends and edit for maximum watch time & engagement

? Requirements:
- Proven experience editing viral-style short-form videos
- Fast turnaround (daily output expected)
- Knows TikTok/Reels editing styles inside out
- Fluent in English

Bonus: understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention in video editing
