We are a growing organization at the intersection of psychological services and human development software. Our mobile app is already used globally, and we're preparing for a major product launch in Australia, with expansion into New Zealand and Canada soon. To support this mission, we’re looking for a Data Manager who can help us bring clarity and structure to the data that fuels our work. This is a remote, part-time position (20 hours/week) with flexibility, although we prefer some availability within AEDT hours.


Key Responsibilities:
-Collect, collate, organize, and prepare data from users worldwide.
-Review and report on data entered into our mobile application.
-Work within cloud-based environments
-Create clean, accurate reports using Excel and other relevant tools.
-Follow up with relevant teams to ensure data processes run smoothly.


Required Qualifications
-2–3 years in a data management or similar role.
-Fluent English communication.
-Proficiency in Excel and comfort with Google Workspace.
-Understanding of cloud computing environments.
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable team player.


Preferred Qualifications
-Database experience (any platform).
-Coding knowledge (a plus, but not required).
