We are an eCommerce store looking for a customer support representative and virtual assistant.
We are looking for someone with experience in Shopify, order management, and customer service, as well as strong written and spoken English skills.
Your responsibilities:
-Answer Customer Service chats,
-Work with suppliers to ensure proper order management/delivery status.
-Upload products to the store via Shopify.
-Be available for US work hours (9 am-5 pm Eastern Time).
-Use Shopify, Google Drive, Trello, Chat App, and Internet phone App.
Requirements:
- Experience with Shopify. Please don't apply if you don't have experience with Shopify!
- Excellent English
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Problem-solving ability
- Excellent Internet connection
- Quiet working space

A low workload is expected at first, around 4 hours per day, depending on the number of calls. Tasks and responsibilities will increase in the future for the right applicant.

Pay rate:
This job offers a pay rate of 4 USD an hour, up to a four-hour workload (with your availability on the phone and chat during all 8 hours). Once we expand, the salary will be set to 8 hours.
