Job Title: Coloring Book Illustrator

Salary: $250 USD minimum monthly for full time, but negotiable for the right person.

About the Role:

I am seeking a creative and detail-oriented illustrator to design compelling coloring books for the KDP platform, inspired by the styles of Coco Wyo and Bobbie Goods. In this role, you will create intricate and engaging black-and-white illustrations that bring relaxation, creativity, and joy to our audience. Whether you’re an experienced illustrator or a talented creative looking to establish your portfolio in the digital space, I value passion, growth, and the willingness to learn as much as experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original hand drawn illustrations for coloring books based on given themes and styles reminiscent of Coco Wyo and Bobbie Goods. Coco Wyo can be seen here: Upgrade to see actual info Bobbie Goods here: Upgrade to see actual info
• Develop and design detailed line art suitable for coloring book publication on KDP. Illustrations must be hand drawn without AI.
• Create the front and back of the coloring book, and upload to KDP
• Stay current on trends and themes in the coloring book market, ensuring designs are fresh and appealing to a wide audience.
• Prepare illustrations in high-resolution, print-ready formats, and ensure consistency and quality across all pages.
• Revise and adjust designs based on constructive feedback to meet brand and customer expectations.
• Organize and maintain a library of design files for efficient retrieval and updates.

Qualifications:

• Experience hand drawing illustrations.
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Ability to produce clean, precise, and high-resolution designs suitable for publishing.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative expression through art.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate remotely and incorporate feedback.
• Must have your own working computer.
• Must use TimeProof to track hours.
