JOB OVERVIEW

Hear at Home Mobile Hearing Clinic LTD, a leader in providing mobile and in-clinic hearing services across Greater Vancouver, we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role requires managing our online presence by developing a strong network through our social media channels, primarily focusing on LinkedIn and YouTube, with secondary responsibilities on Facebook and Instagram.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.
Create, schedule, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) across social media platforms.
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

Edit and produce video content that aligned with brand messaging and audience engagement goals.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
Experience with content creation, digital marketing, and video editing.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Good understanding of healthcare, particularly hearing health, is a strong asset.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Proficient in English.
